Lorna Maroma and Virginia Quinones-Canales were two of the many Vincentians who worked with the Cub Scouts of America Troop 5 and Boy Scouts of America Troop 10 of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Common Ground, Christian Service Program, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Knights of Columbus to collect over 12 tons of non-perishable food. Such a wonderful bounty will go far in helping to feed those in need in throughout the Shreveport/Bossier area. A lot of work and organization went into collecting this overwhelmingly generous gift from individual homes predominately in South Shreveport.
